1. Receive customer requirements for their custom welding machinery.
2. Provide the customer with the relevant information about the equipment, including product pictures, welding capabilities, technical drawings, and physical samples.
3. Collect information and discuss with the technology department in order to form a feasible design scheme.
4. Contact the customers and discuss the scheme. It is best to come to the factory and discuss face-to-face in order to iron out minute details.
5. If the plan and price are agreed upon by the customer, then a contract will be drafted and signed and an advanced payment will be paid. The order will then be put into full production. After production is completed we will provide a working sample for the customer. If the equipment is satisfactory, we will charge the remaining balance and arrange delivery.
