Development history

In 1992, our company was established as the "Shiya Jiaxiao Electrical maintenance department" Our founder was only 19 years old.

In 1993, the first "spot welder" was introduced in the maintenance department between ten and twenty square meters, from which it formed a tie-in with other welding machines.

In 1995, the first barrel of gold was produced in the insulation cup industry and our seam welder was introduced.

In 2003, the factory moved to the Gushan Industrial Base. The facility covered 2,000 square meters and a number of additional management and technical personnel were hired as we grew from a family workshop to a full-fledged factory.

In 2007, an information management system was introduced to lay the foundation for operational standardization that would streamline work and create a data-oriented management system.

In 2008, the "Yongkang Jiaxiao Welding Automation Equipment Co., Ltd." was officially named as we entered a stage of standardized operational management.

In 2010, we formulated a medium to long-term development plan to define the mission, vision, and values of our production enterprise.

In 2011, we established our automation business unit to produce a variety of stamping production lines and lay the foundation for automated welding machinery that would grow to a large catalog of products.

In 2013, we participated in the Canton Fair, effectively breaking into the international marketplace.

In 2014, we moved our base to the Chenxi New Area, this allowed us to expand production and meet requirements.

In 2016, we partnered with an Italian design company to develop three series of welding machines. This resulted in the combination of our 25 years of manufacturing experience with new ideas from an outside source.

In 2017, we integrated a new line of services to provide customers with resistance welding products, special equipment, welding core components, cost-effective transformers, cylinder heads, copper parts and cloud controllers. The performance indicators of these products (power factor, temperature rise value) far exceeded the national standards.
