Emphasize The Safe Operation Rules Of Spot Welding Machine
Leave a message
1. Before operation, the oil stains on the upper and lower electrodes should be removed. After the power is turned on, the body shell should have no leakage.
2. Before starting, turn on the small switch of the control circuit to start production and the welding current, adjust the number of poles, then connect the water source, the gas source, and finally the power supply.
3. After the welding machine is powered on, check the electrical equipment, operating mechanism, cooling system, gas circuit system and body shell for leakage. Electrode contacts should be kept clean. If there is leakage, it should be replaced immediately.
4. During operation, the air circuit and water cooling system should be unblocked. The gas should be kept dry. The drainage temperature shall not exceed 40℃, and the drainage volume can be adjusted according to the air temperature.
5. It is strictly forbidden to increase the fuse in the ignition circuit. When the load is too small to prevent arcing in the ignition tube, the ignition circuit of the control box shall not be closed.
6. When the control box is out of use for a long time, it should be heated for 30 minutes every month. When replacing the thyratron, it should be preheated for 30 minutes. The preheating time of the normal working control box shall not be less than 5min.
7. Welding operators and cooperating personnel must wear labor protection equipment as required. Safety measures must be taken to prevent accidents such as electric shock, falling from heights, gas poisoning and fire.
8. The electric welding machine used on site shall be equipped with a rain-proof, moisture-proof and sun-proof hangar, and corresponding fire-fighting equipment shall be installed.
9. When welding or cutting at high altitude, the safety belt must be fastened, fire prevention measures should be taken around and below the welding, and special personnel should be supervised.
10. When removing welding slag, protective glasses should be worn, and the head should be kept away from the direction of splashing the welding slag.
11. Welding in the open air is not allowed on rainy days. When working in wet areas, the operator should stand on a place covered with insulating materials and should wear insulating shoes.
