Operation safety technology of spot welding machine equipment
Leave a message
1. Spot welder workers must undergo safety technical training, assessment, and work with certificates.
2. It is not allowed to operate in the open air in the weather of rain, snow and wind power level 6 or above (including level 6). After rain and snow, the accumulation and snow should be removed before operation.
3. Inflammable and explosive materials shall not be stacked within 10m around the welding site.
4. Wear work clothes, insulating shoes, gloves for spot welding machines, protective masks, goggles and other protective equipment when working, and wear seat belts when working at heights.
5. The use of spot welding equipment should be operated in accordance with the following requirements:
(1) The installation, repair and inspection of spot welding equipment must be carried out by electricians. When the welding machine and line fail, the power should be cut off immediately and the electrician should be notified for repair.
(2) The power distribution system switch and leakage protection device of the spot welding machine must be sensitive and effective, and the wire insulation must be good.
(3) The operation of the AC spot welding machine should be carried out according to the following requirements: the three-phase load should be balanced when connecting multiple welding machines, and there must be a switch and a fuse protector on the primary line. The spot welding machine should be well insulated. The insulation resistance between the primary coil winding and the secondary coil winding of the welding transformer and between the winding and the casing shall not be less than 1MΩ. The spot welding machine must be equipped with a protective cover for the wiring of the primary and secondary wires. The work of the spot welding machine should be in accordance with the design regulations and should not be overloaded. During the operation, the temperature rise of the spot welding machine should be checked frequently, and the operation must be stopped when the temperature exceeds 60°C for Class A and 80°C for Class B.
(4) Before using the spot welding machine, the insulation and wiring must be checked, and the wiring part must not be corroded, damped or loose.
(5) The power cord of the spot welding machine must be well insulated and the length should not be greater than 5m.
(6) The spot welding machine must be placed in a well-ventilated, dry, non-corrosive medium, away from high temperature, high humidity and dust. The welding machine used in the open air should be equipped with a rain shelter, the welding machine should be padded with insulating materials, and the height of the padded should not be less than 20cm, and fire-fighting equipment should be provided as required.
(7) The interior of the spot welding machine should be kept clean, and the dust should be blown off regularly. The power must be turned off when cleaning.
(8) The shell of the spot welding machine must have reliable protection for zero connection. The protective zero line of the spot welding machine must be checked regularly.
(9) After the spot welding machine is started, it must run without load for a period of time. Adjust the welding current and the polarity switch should be carried out under no load. The no-load voltage of the DC welding machine shall not exceed 90V, and the no-load voltage of the AC welding machine shall not exceed 80V.
(10) The welding cable of the spot welding machine must use a multi-strand thin copper wire cable, and its cross section should be selected according to the requirements of the spot welding machine. The cable sheath must be intact and soft, and its insulation resistance should not be less than 1MΩ. The length of the welding cable shall not exceed 30m.
(11) The spot welding machine must be equipped with a separate power switch and automatic power-off device. The power switch and automatic power-off device must be placed in a rain-proof lock box, installed in a place that is easy to operate, and left with a safe passage.
